  15. Communications; of a lawsuit brought by Warner to prevent movie
  16. producers Peter Guber and Jon Peters from becoming heads of
  17. Sony's newly acquired Columbia Pictures. Guber and Peters, who
  18. produced the megahit Batman, will be allowed to break a
  19. five-year deal with Warner Bros. films and jump to Columbia for
  20. an exchange of cash and property. Estimated cost to Sony: $400
  21. million.
